Reclamation

Since the Fall of Sotha, the Scythes of the Emperor have been reduced to scavenging the battlefields of other Space Marine Chapters, desperately trying to rebuild their Chapter armoury. Since the Fall of Sotha, the Scythes of the Emperor have been reduced to scavenging the battlefields of other Space Marine Chapters, desperately trying to rebuild their Chapter armoury. A Scout Squad returns with an assortment of wargear, where Neophyte Bokari regretfully informs Techmarine Sebastion that they did not find any items from his list, but hopefully Sebastion can make something of what they did salvage. Sebastion is unenthusiastic, until he sees one real treasure among the Scouts' finds: the helm, upper torso, and one arm from a suit of Terminator Armour, which may one day allow them to build a precious fourth suit for the Scythes' remaining Veterans. Sebastion muses aloud that other Chapters might find it disrespectful for the Scythes to be scavenging and re-purposing wargear from their fallen brothers. Bokari says that if he were to fall in battle, he would pray that every piece of wargear on him be stripped and "hurled back" at the loathsome xenos.
